I don't write resumes. Is it still for me?
Yes. The onboarding portal, intake questionnaires, CRM, Google Calendar, Gmail and branding all work without the resume tools.
I already use ChatGPT. Why would I need this?
ChatGPT gives you text in a chat window. Advisor drafts from the candidate's own profile and the actual job posting, shows you the fit score behind it, and puts it straight into an editable resume, a cover letter and a branded portal you can send from your own Gmail.
Word and email work fine for me. What changes?
Everything about a candidate sits in one place: their intake answers, documents, applications, emails and sessions. Candidates get one branded link instead of a trail of attachments.
Do my candidates need an account?
No. They open a secure link and start. There's nothing to sign up for.
Does it send from my email?
Yes. Connect your Gmail and emails go out from your own address. Replies come straight to you, and every message is in your Sent folder.
Where is my clients' data stored, and does the AI keep it?
Data is hosted on Australian servers. All AI features run with Zero Data Retention: the AI provider processes each request and doesn't store it.
Can I use my own branding?
