Ben Stein is the founder of Purpose Up and a career coach to more than 300 mid-to-senior professionals. Before coaching, he spent over a decade in digital production and product management in New York, most recently as VP of Product at Artnet, and led teams at agencies including MRY and The Barbarian Group. After being let go in 2018, he joined a coaching program and built Purpose Up from that turning point. He is also the author of Purpose Up: Break Free and Find Work That Matters. His flagship Rapid Career Accelerator is a 1:1 program covering positioning (resume and LinkedIn), outreach and networking, interview preparation and negotiation, and the inner game of self-doubt and interview anxiety. Ben is a Certified Executive Coach (ACE/WBECS), Meta-NLP Practitioner and PMP, and holds a B.S. in Psychology from Tufts.
