Jenni Jordan is the Founder and Managing Director of JJ Talent Solutions, a small, female-owned, client-centred talent management consultancy based in Canberra. She brings more than 25 years of professional and leadership experience, including senior roles across Human Resources functions and time as a Director in the ACT Public Service, and has advised on recruitment and assessment across many industries in Australia and South Africa. A qualified psychometrist with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Psychology, Jenni uses her HR expertise to guide, coach and support individuals at every stage of their career, from graduates and emerging professionals to senior leaders and executives.
