Karen Lewitton is a Sydney-based career and executive coach and the founder of Outcome Coaching, a career coaching service that educates, equips and empowers individuals. A qualified Chartered Accountant, she has worked in professional services, investment banking, asset management and recruitment, and has lived and worked in Cape Town, San Francisco, London and Sydney. She trained in coaching psychology with the late Dr Anthony Grant and Dr Michael Cavanagh. With more than 16 years of coaching experience, including delivering career services at two Australian universities, Karen has worked with over a thousand clients from more than 30 countries. She helps graduates, career changers and experienced professionals through to executives with career coaching, personal brand development, job search strategy and interview technique, and supports organisations with outplacement services.
